I've noticed lately I've fallen into some habits that are not maximizing my time. I read this article this morning and it made sense to me to incorporate this into my morning coffee. I hope it works.

This might actually have a benefit. I have a very unfortunate tendency to focus on things that aren't great. I sometimes find myself thinking how terrible life is and struggling with anxiety, when in reality I'm enormously fortunate. A bit of a reminder every day wouldn't be such a bad idea.

      I was only joking

        It's a good idea.

Do you find it repetitive? I feel like after a few days I'd be saying the same things. Maybe that's the point, though.

I need something like this. I’ve been really poor at managing my time for the past while. Its effects show up at inconvenient times.

Don't know yet. I just started this morning.

Yet here I am..... lol.... Actually, I will never go without some screen time, but I need to do less. It's soooo easy to get lost in the internet. Playing bridge, yakking here, looking at irrelevant crapola on various sites.

You need to play golf. It's a time suck, and great exercise. Plus you can offset its benefits in the clubhouse after the round!

Absolutely not. It's expensive, time consuming and requires you to hang out with golfers. High class addicts.

Yeah. The greatful thing isn’t really me. I could do the other three. But the ‘what to watch out for’ would be the same every day.

Yeah, I kind of think the grateful thing is more for folks who tend toward unhappiness. That’s not me at all.
