Something I'm trying

I've noticed lately I've fallen into some habits that are not maximizing my time. I read this article this morning and it made sense to me to incorporate this into my morning coffee. I hope it works.

This might actually have a benefit. I have a very unfortunate tendency to focus on things that aren't great. I sometimes find myself thinking how terrible life is and struggling with anxiety, when in reality I'm enormously fortunate. A bit of a reminder every day wouldn't be such a bad idea.

Do you find it repetitive? I feel like after a few days I'd be saying the same things. Maybe that's the point, though. @89th said in Something I'm trying: Do you find it repetitive? I feel like after a few days I'd be saying the same things. Maybe that's the point, though. Don't know yet. I just started this morning. Yet here I am..... lol.... Actually, I will never go without some screen time, but I need to do less. It's soooo easy to get lost in the internet. Playing bridge, yakking here, looking at irrelevant crapola on various sites.

Absolutely not. It's expensive, time consuming and requires you to hang out with golfers. High class addicts.

I like the second bullet point. I am a fan of making lists. Helps keep me focusesd
