Ted was the actor's name and Dianne was the character's name, so it would be literally impossible for the title to have referred to Cheers.
I take no pleasure in seeing someone totally humiliate themselves with that sort of blunder, but if this new forum is to be taken seriously we cannot allow such logical fallacies to go uncorrected.
