She's 24. Three years ago her Linked In profile notes that she was a typist. Admittedly, she was the Assistant Finance Director for another town. The village was not happy with a search firm that produced 31 candidates so they went out and found her. She may be wonderful - but...it still seems amazing that in this economy, they couldn't find a more experienced person with appropriate qualifications.

Ha... found an article interviewing her in 2022 while she was getting her accounting degree with a scholarship. That being said, her degree, public financial officer certification, and even in the interview, she seemed passionate about being a financial leader. I'm sure it was a completely blind search and selection, too. šŸ˜‰

She may turn Finance Directing into a viable spectator sport.

        Education is extremely important.

Wait a second!!! Hiring a person with little to no experience or background to run an organization.

Just glad the federal government doesnt do something like this. 555

I’d like her to perform a stress test on my assets.
