A sustained effort, not just a hit and run.
A B-2 can fly a mission from Missouri to the Middle East and back non-stop, with in-flight refueling.
If you set up a base in Guam with all those planes, you are probably planning to stick around for a while.

Obviously I have no idea but my guess is sleeper cells like the UK just caught ready to do a bunch of simultaneous terror attacks. At least in IS and Europe. Who knows what they can do closer to home.
