        I've never heard of them before this morning. They say they're nutty. Might be a reasonable sub for pine nuts, which I've had as a staple in the house for 30 years now.

          If I made more smoothies I'd probably add them, but otherwise none of my staple meals really call for adding the gritty/mealy texture or whatever they feel like.
