@Horace said in The Epstein File:

Maybe in several decades we'll get a release of everything, like was done with the JFK assassination files. Heard about any revelations, large or small, that came of them? Me neither.

Try telling that to Ted Cruz.

I have - and what he told me in response would blow your mind.

      https://www.newsweek.com/trump-jeffrey-epstein-little-black-book-thomas-massie-john-paulson-2125070

Republican Representative Thomas Massie has said billionaire John Paulson, a major donor to President Donald Trump's campaign, was in Jeffrey Epstein's "black book."

Paulson was previously named as someone in Epstein's "little black book," a contact book that was seized during investigations. Massie has raised the issue amid the backlash plaguing the Trump administration over its handling of files related to Epstein's case.

      and

In the Newsmax interview, Rob Schmitt asked Massie for some of these names. The congressman said: "Well, let me give you the name of one of the billionaires who's running $2 million of ads in my district since I started this effort. His name is John Paulson.

"He's a hedge fund manager and a major donor to the Republican Party, a major donor to the speaker of the House, a major donor to the president's campaign, and he's in Epstein's black book.

"Now, that's public, but that's indicative of the types of people who may be implicated or just embarrassed by a complete release of these files."

Looks like the vote may pass to do an individual vote on release of the files.

So now Patel is saying ‘his hands are tied’ by courts.

But the courts said the exact opposite.

Director Patel wrote himself a pep note during his hearing

                        alt text

                        "Good fight with Swalwell.
                        Hold the line.
                        Brush off their attacks.
Rise above next line of partisan attacks."

Ha, I presume that's a note someone handed him. Still, it's elementary school level advice.

I would have written: "Don't trust any farts. It's not worth the risk"

Hahaha my friend's grandpa always had 2 rules for road trips: Never pass a chance to pee, and never trust a fart.
