Quite a show of Russian military grandstanding that conveniently coincides with the NATO Summit and Munich Conference. The Kremlin just cannot refrain from intimidation at every opportunity.

So it would seem. Apparently there was supposed to be a Russian delegation attending the Munich Conference. There was even some indication that Putin had told Trump in their phone call the delegation would meet with US officials at the event. Yet today it is reported the Russians are a no show.
They did however send a drone to strike the Chernobyl site. Go figure.
