Who is his audience these days? Seems like it's a great cross-section of America.
Anyway... I'm not seeing much from DOGE revealing stuff we didn't already know, but perhaps there is a benefit in the team underscoring and bolding stuff so people pay attention. For example, the $100 billion in medicare improper paiments from CSM or whatever, that was published by the GAO a year ago, but I only think people who watch 60 Minutes even paid attention.

Some of it we didn't, but the general public knows a lot more, because legacy media is almost being forced to carry this stuff as current news.
And the hits just keep on coming. At what point is the American public motivated to tear at least some of it to shreds and reallocate the pieces?

I think Americans have already voted for that with Trump's win, and Trump will do that (or at least try to) where it makes sense. I do enjoy overall the increased focus on "where is my tax dollar going?", even if it's not making a dent in the more existential threats such as the ballooning debt/deficit, SS solvency, and medicare.
