Love it. Don’t know any other details but presume he was just doing his job. I’d hope I’d react in a similar manner if surrounded by squawking politicians.

Who was he really? Why was he standing there?

No visible ID, no identifiable uniform, yet blocking the entrance to a public building meant to be open to the public.
