                Closer to $1.9 billion when you add in the affected provinces contributing to their own resources to shore up the border areas.

                But you’re right that it had already been offered and agreed upon back in December. Part of the reason why the grandstanding and brinkmanship was so incoherent to us.

                Normally we don’t do β€œczars” here. But if it serves as a soother in the petulant little bastard’s mouth then fine.

                If that’s what will make him happy, he can go ahead and suck on it for as long as necessary to get him to shut his bleeding cake hole for awhile.
