Right now I’m sure Canadian canola farmers are making their decisions of what & how much to plant this year. They will suffer.
I’m just learning how complex the cross border beef industry is too.

He’s back again on us becoming the 51st state but can’t understand why 90% + of country are not interested or would even consider it. He really appears sad and hurt. Am beginning to think this whole exercise is that Trump covets this country for its natural resources and water to which he feels exclusive entitlement. In that sense he poses an existential threat to this country every bit as malevolent as Russia or China. Owing to proximity, perhaps even more so.

So apparently the 1.3B program had already been announced in December. So the concession was appointing a ‘fentanyl czar’.
Looks like Trump was looking for an off ramp.
