I didn't even think this was meant to be secret. Hasn't this been out in the open...hence the DEI push back we're seeing now?

Yeah but now we can sick the Civil Rights division of the DoJ on them, subpoena all communications, and fine them on a per-incident basis. And do a handful of corporations too.
Then the lawyers and executives will actually shut it down and keep it shut down.
