            I think he’s better off doing DOGE and then waiting for Trump to get tired of one of his cabinet picks and be on standby when it’s time to replace one.

                    Goodwin's book certainly claims that. I read it so long ago (15 years?) that I don't really remember how "rival-ish" his cabinet was.
