I think it’s cool that Carter and Ford became real friends and promised to speak at each other’s funerals, or have their son do it of they’re last to go.
Mondale’s son is also reading the eulogy his dad wrote.

Just saw an interesting tidbit.
Jimmy Carter was the first president to be born in a hospital.
My father, born 6 years later, was born at home.

I'm sure Kamala had a brief "I can't believe I lost" feeling that she'll never get over. Glad she didn't resort to election denialism at least.
Anyway... looks like Obama said the first thing, and then had to repeat it. I'd guess they're talking about (or Trump is asking about) this or previous state funerals and other minor points.
Melania does look trapped, though. She probably thought she was free after 2020... I wonder how much we will see of her over the next 4 years.

Did you watch the video? She turns around and sees Obama and Trump and if "Harrumph" had a picture, that would be it.

Am I right? Mr Obama, just can’t sit still and shut up when seated in a crowd. Be it a funeral, an awards night, anything. He’s always seems the first to turn to someone and yap something.

Word on the street is that she wasn't all-in on America in Carter's day. I guess she's not all-in today, either. Maybe there were eight or so years where she respected the country, for some reason.
