The Feds can't tell the states how to run their elections, but I think a cutoff time for counting could be set.

What's funniest to me is this is exactly what I was talking about when reversing the "election denial" angle in 2020. If Trump lost, all tantrums and recounts are ok... but if Trump wins, then you see phrases in the article such as "I guess they didn't get the memo that Trump won. They will on Jan. 20th I'm sure!"
