      I'm hopeful that will come to pass.

      However, I have to wonder what the cost to the gummint is by enabling this semi-annual shift. Does it really cost money?

        Pure populism, and piss poor populism at that.

        Losing an hour of sleep sucks in the spring, but gaining the hour in the fall is awesome. At the same time, sending kids to the bus stop in the dark is far worse than dealing with the inconvenience of having your sleep cycle slightly affected for a week.

                        If he has a daughter and doesn't name her Sky, it will be very hard for me to sleep at night get over that.
