They have neither. White bread for toasting, four sugary cereals, scrambled eggs sitting hours in a warmer, and a waffle machine. The supermarket had lots of seasoned turkeys in aluminum roasting pans tonight, for like $2.00 per pound. @Horace said in The Thanksgiving Leftovers Thread: The supermarket had lots of seasoned turkeys in aluminum roasting pans tonight, for like $2.00 per pound. Hmm, I may grab a few breasts to experiment around with. I think smoking turkey may possibly be up there with my fajitas for my best grilling/smoking recipes.

The gumbo is very successful. As good as anything I had in NOLA. Andouille, turkey, trinity, a great very dark roux, spices, rice. Everything but the roux was easy.
