My wife came home 3 days ago with a few bags from the store. She said the bags had christmas supplies in them so I took them to the basement where we store such things.
Yesterday I came downstairs and it smelled like... not sure, a dirty diaper? Something dead?
Apparently one bag had frozen chicken tenderloins. That had been thawing for 48+ hours. What a smell.

LOL. One Thanksgiving, probably 25 years ago, I had a fresh turkey that I picked up at our local grocer. I asked one of the kids to take it downstairs for storage, where we had a freezer and a refrigerator. I wasn't specific...
She put it in the freezer.
So, come Thanksgiving AM...yeah, a frozen bird.

My wife would've wanted to throw away all the bags. Then sell the house.
