Somebody stole your car's roof in the second picture.
You might want to consider moving to a safer neighborhood. -

We rented it for a day.
My son starts back to school soon and since he didn’t get a vacation this summer I thought I’d spoil him for a day.
Believe it or not Enterprise has an Exotics line in select cities. I got this in Stamford CT.
It’s fun. We’ll probably do it again with something different.
By the way, I’ve never been a huge Vette fan, but this mother fucker is fast.

I drove one of those about 4 years ago.
What I liked about it was that it never felt like it would reach up and bite you, you'd never lose control.
It's a hell of a lot of car for the money - as @Jolly says, "Porsche-eater." The new one coming out soon is supposed to be even better: mid-engine.

Yeah my son was ever so slightly disappointed to find out it was a 2019.
The mid-engine does 0-60 in 2.8 seconds.
This one is a meager 3.6. Lol

Yeah, Enterprise has some sweet rides. Rented from them for 20 years.
How is the ride? Used to be like a truck.

I've always been deeply suspicious of anybody who referred to a car as 'she', and this thread is doing nothing to allay my fears.

In any event, a very cool thing to do with your kid.

Too fast. You need something more practical, like an SUV. May I suggest...

@Horace Probably didn't quite break 100. But this was on relatively busy Westchester roads.
Where we tested it is on acceleration. Man does this thing growl when you punch it. We rented a Mustang GT and a Camaro SS before but this puts them to shame.
