You can set it to night mode, which turns off the light. That being said, the Harris/Walz campaign is likely going to set their campaign to night mode in a week.

I have no idea. The last video game I played was Medal of Honor: European Assault... I think almost 20 years old now? I'm a bit over-trusting though... I'd imagine he really did sit to play video games and have a political chat or something to "connect with the youth vote" so if I had to bet I'd say the controller was on.
