So she illegally used her power to investigate potential fraud. And is paying a legal price similar to if she used her power to actually commit voter fraud.
Illegally giving access to voting systems the an agent of the my pillow guy is not investigating fraud, it’s facilitating it.

Were agents of Lindell indicted for fraud? If not, why not?

Odd definition of troll as ‘guy that won’t follow-on research that I request.’
I don’t know how far the my pillow guy got. Maybe the whole scheme was discovered before they could do anything with the data or even abscond with it. Wouldn’t matter for her. She did what she did.

I asked you to back up your claim that she was abetting attempts at fraud. Which you can't.

I won't ask you what you think his scheme was, because you won't know. I will note that a parsimonious understanding of Lidell and his agents, does not require them to be intending any fraud.

Hopefully she has a good My Pillow to use in prison.

Conan Hayes, a former professional surfer turned technology wizard
Quite a career shift!!! LOL
From another article
Peters ran for Colorado secretary of state in 2022 after she was indicted. She was defeated in the Republican primary and alleged election fraud in that race, demanding a recount after losing by 85,000 votes. The recount resulted in her getting an additional 13 votes — as did the overall primary winner, Pam Anderson.
Another LOL

You’re right. My bad. Mike Lindell was the consummate truth seeker just trying to do right by the American people.
She did the right thing forging a badge to let his guy in, after disabling the cameras for him first. I mean, how else are you going to investigate fraud? Well, I mean, assuming Giuliani and Sydney Powell were unavailable.

She's younger than 85% of the guys on TNCR!
(Ok, I looked her up and--maybe not, but it looks like she keeps herself in good shape! Thats a plus--and yes, Trump would hit her.)
She’s either 68 or 69. In 9 years time, assuming she lives that long, she’ll be the same age as Don-Old. No way you’d hit that.

These fucking people, but hey, I'm sure there are democrats even more crooked and than her and Lindell, so that makes it OK.
And let's not forget, Mike Lindell made a ton of money before he lost even more money, so he can't be incredibly fucking stupid, however much he appears to be.

Obviously you know that I never said she did the right thing.
I said that you can't back up your claim that Lidell's agents were intending to commit fraud. Which you can't.

Lindell is a narcissistic moron, but I'm not aware of any indictments for any illegal activity. It's generally more graceful to attribute behavior you don't like to stupidity rather than malice.

You have me dead to rights. I should have said “when you disable the cameras to the county facility you control, create a fake security badge to let a professional election denying grifter’s agent in, and lie to the other employees about it, you’re not investigating fraud. You’re attempting to facilitate it.”
Shame on me to assume malice in the heart of Mike Lindell, entrepreneur and patriot.

I've been attempting to discuss Lindell's intentions with the data he was given access to by the criminal. You have claimed those intentions were to commit fraud, and you've ignored my attempts to get you to back that up. It's my understanding that he was genuinely convinced that he would uncover information that he could push through the fully legitimate legal system to prove fraud in the election.
-
I don’t think @jon-nyc said the intentions were to commit fraud, he said they were to facilitate fraud. But that’s like saying “beaten” and “physically injured” aren't the same thing lol.
To your point though, you’re right I’m not sure what Lindell would do with 25,000 logfiles from a voting machine or whatever was downloaded or deleted. Hard to commit fraud from logs unless there was a plan to edit them and then publish the edited results as “proof of voting machine inaccuracies!!” Actually that would make sense, to steal real voting logs, edit them, then create more smoke implying fire.
Anyway, the larger point was this is another life ruined because of Trump’s fragile ego.

Anybody who tries to understand this point is going to get dumber.

Or maybe he thought there was fraud, and was looking for evidence. You know, the explanation this lady has already given, and appears to believe. The explanation that is staring you in the face, and somehow remains entirely out of sight.

Watch what they do, not what they say. When you suspect fraud you call the authorities. You don’t disable security systems, give fake credentials to a TV grifter’s guy, and lie to your fellow employees about what’s happening.
-
That is true, but to Horace's point, were they more likely looking FOR fraud, or looking to CREATE fraud. I could see the latter, but odds are it's the former. Nonetheless, the lady did the crimes, now she'll do the times. And from what I saw, her lack of remorse and her desire to hide from it, didn't help her come sentencing time. Similar to her grifter's boss' grifter boss and his NY fraud case.
