As the ballots themselves are anonymous, please explain to me what prevents a noncitizen from voting on the federal/state offices? And further, how could you ever know that a noncitizen voted in the federal election? You say there’s no proof that non-citizens are voting, but how could there be proof in these districts?

The talking point from the sorts who are invested in marginalizing any questions about voting fraud is that it “doesn’t scale”. But it seems like fraudulent anonymous ballots scales just fine.

They should include on the ballot some basic USA civics questions, such as how many states are there, which continent is the USA in, how many branches of government we have, and which country we declared independence from in 1776.

If they get the questions right, they are likely non-citizens LOL

The problem with this is this is why Trump folks can't believe they lost, because there were so many flags, and signs, and people outside the voting center, forgetting that the real power is on the ballot itself. It's similar to how in 2016 liberals were surprised when Hillary lost because all the media outlets were cheerleading for Hillary, they didn't realize a silent majority was as large as it was.

I’m not aware of any examples where non-citizen voters are given a full ballot and simply instructed to vote only on the races they are eligible for. This is especially important to avoid errors, as voting in federal or state races without eligibility could lead to legal consequences.
