The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Kid ought to walk, just for cleaning up the gene pool.

BTW, wonder if those "protesters" were hired....

Open carry is permitted in Wisconsin, if you're 18 years old.

He is 17, so that's a problem for him.

Peak vacuous virtue signal. Let the NBA burn.

So he’s facing hard time? I wonder if they’ll try him as an adult.

That's a misdemeanor, by the way.

Yes. NRO has an interesting analysis of the story, with video of timeline.

                        https://www.nationalreview.com/2020/08/does-kyle-rittenhouse-have-a-self-defense-claim/

                        Last paragraphs:

Rittenhouse is already a hero to some and a supervillain to others; in that sense, he is the Bernie Goetz of 2020. The highest charge against him strikes me as a stretch, but beyond that I don’t have any bold opinions yet. The outcome for each shooting will depend on whether Rittenhouse reasonably feared for his life, which in turn might depend on broader context we lack thus far — and even if all three shootings were justified, there are still firearms and reckless-endangerment charges for him to contend with.

Where the f*** were this kid’s parents?

You actually think he can sway any votes that matter?

                            Nah.

Only skimmed the article bit it was more about turnout. Easier to imagine them making a difference in turnout than in who to vote for.
