There are some true heroes in this world... I have no idea how strong the rope is, or what he is standing on, but clearly he is putting his life in danger and using some brute strength as well. Full video in the reddit link, a little more info in the 2nd link.

And yes, he pulls up a TV at one point... but what gripped me the most was who he brought up next... a baby (in an orange life vest?), even holds the baby with his own mouth at one point.
