I don’t believe he can stand much other than the self image that he alone has created for himself.
Some day he will lose his mortal life just like every other dead “loser” he has disparaged through his life of unfettered narcissism.

I believe that all politicians have huge egos that are normally driven by some degree of self controlled narcissism. Trump however seems to be a unique case in this regard. Outwardly he has no discernible self control or ability to govern the narcissism that feeds his ego.
