Migrants?

Pardon the out-of-focus picture. Phone camera tried to focus on my car.

This was taken at about 9:40 this PM. I was headed home from the hosptial.

The picture captures about a quarter of the people, standing around, at the corner of St. Clair and Ohio - literally a block from the Gold Coast in Chicago. This crowd stretched a whole city block. Also, the photo doesn't show that these people were 3-4 deep.

Chicago peeps wil know the location.

Just standing there, at a quarter to ten...doing...nothin.

Probably? It's a Monday night, so not exactly party time. I google street viewed this location, didn't see a reason why there'd be a crowd.

Yep. It's four blocks east of the Embassy Suites we used to stay at, and a huge tourist area. You must have been headed down Ohio to catch the Ryan south.

Nope - St. Clair to Grand to Lower Wacker, to the Ike. I don't live too far south, about 3500.
