      Looks good to me.

      Bet it tastes even better.

Looks delicious. What exactly is it?

Garlic cheese pull apart bread. I think I prefer the crispy sort of garlic cheese bread though. This was soft.

Don't like disposable pans for bread. A metal pan like a Wilton would have given you a bit more crisp on the bottom and sides. For even more, Lodge makes a cast iron pan.

Agreed. Tinfoil just doesn’t absorb the heat. I use Wilton or Nordicware.

I had a real loaf pan, but not the right size. This bread is so moist, I doubt it would have made a big difference. It’s not meant to have anything resembling a crust on the bottom and sides.

As always my job is to hijack the thread with a tangent.

I see there is corn on your plate. Corn is delicious but I've mostly stopped eating it off the cob. I could cut off the kernels sure, but otherwise off the cob makes me need to floss immediately after the meal each time. My kids LOVE it though... my 1 year old eats corn on the cob like a mature person.

Lazy critter. Get a knife and cut it off.

One of our dogs eats the corn off the cob, and leaves the cob. The other eats the cob too. Neither floss afterwards.

Omg 89th, picked this morning corn on the cob is one of summer’s great pleasures. So floss if you must, but don’t surrender to hygienic fetishes.

By the way, a Waterpik water flosser is great for that and only takes a few seconds. I use both that and floss.

It was pretty good. Good way to inhale several hundred calories in a few bites. But we didn't get the cheese pull like in the video.

@Mik I live right on the edge of the country (srsly, 5 minutes and I'm surrounded by nothing but farms) and you are right, there are some great corn stands nearby and it's delicious. Take note TNCR, another opinion reversed! I'm back on the corn bandwagon. (BTW I tried the waterpik, could never really get into it... but I don't mind using floss/picker things).

And yes... that bread looks great, as long as you go in knowing it's soft, I bet it's delicious. Reclamation!

Stringy cheese is a problem. You lucked out.
