I’m actually off the next two days and Luke’s home for the weekend… We had a slow start to the day, but I am starting to work on brunch. Waffles, thick cut bacon, some biscuits for egg/gouda sandwiches, poached eggs, watermelon, raspberries, and strawberries.

For tomorrow I have some Black and White Pudding and some bangers in reserve… going to make an Irish breakfast.

Two frozen waffles and three cups of coffee.

      A veritable gourmet feast!

It was pretty good, and not exorbitantly expensive.
