DA Kim Fox won't prosecute crimes anymore if the evidence was the result of a car search initiated at a traffic stop. She wants to reduce traffic stops in general.
This is in response to the cops killing a guy who, during a traffic stop, fired at police officers. I think we talked about that incident here.
