      Who's running the campus?

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

        From the RWEC:

Biden's current policy toward Israel and Hamas is literally "very fine people on both sides."

Yet our media doesn't treat this that way. Start asking yourselves why.

If Donald Trump has to answer for Charlottesville, why doesn't Joe Biden have to answer for Columbia University.

The answer to that one is the key to figuring out our entire current media infrastructure.

        Seems demonstrably false.

Which part? The White House appeasement of Hamas, or the claim that Trump said Nazis were fine people?

Well, it's only taken 6 months for the White House to condemn what's happening on American campuses. If nothing else, the approval is tacit.

@George-K those are chairs and stuff getting ready for the Columbia commencement which is held on the campus. Although the ceremony is tentative at best right now because of threats of disruption.

Message needs to be sent. Do not interrupt graduation.

Want to protest? Do so peacefully and in a designated spot away from the graduation ceremonies.

Interrupt graduation? You are no longer part of the Columbia community. Have a nice life.

We, as a society - and at the moment - especially the left, have the lost - if it was ever had - the concept of "peaceful protest." What's seems especially stupid ill-considered is acting in such a manner as to lose the audience whose support one should be seeking - i.e. blocking the road to an airport, destroying businesses, frightening innocents, etc. The "medium is the message" has been transformed into the "method of protest becomes the message" - and the credibility and message of these protestors is lost.
