A random AI idea

I just had a complete epiphany, of sorts, while watching The Eternals (marvel) movie. I wouldn’t say this is an original idea, but I would imagine whether you call it AI or not, in the future kids will be able to put on a headset and have a nearly fully immersive and interactive and unique/custom experience of any period in history based on, of course, our recorded history…flaws/inaccuracies and all.
For example, take me to Babylonia and let me walk around its streets and ask people questions. Or take me into the Nazi push into Russia and see what it was like on a daily basis.
Anyway, just a thought. Maybe I should put down the wine.

@89th There was a somewhat well known company that is trying (or tried) this. Travelzoo.
I get their emails for travel deals and signed up for the (free at the time) Meta Travel a while ago and have not heard anything more since then, so I do not know if it is even active.
EDIT: Poking around the webpage, it looks like they are charging people USD$20 to join, but I am not sure what you get for that money.
