Reminds me of the motorcycles that operates like that on the highways around here. At least he wasn't weaving between cars. I almost killed a motorcyclist a few weeks ago with an unfortunately timed lane change as he went from out of view behind me as I was looking over my shoulder, to passing me as I did the lane change. Something similar could have happened here if one of those cars chose to use the passing lane at the wrong moment.

Videos like this anger me. There are innocent drivers that could easily be wiped off the map if even the smallest error or timing event happens.

Yup.
My first thought was that this was on the Autobahn. But, SUCH a long, straight road.
Second thought was what are the drivers in front of him doing? It looked pretty deserted, but I could imagine some guy doing 100 kph behind a truck trying to pass while this asshat's approaching, unseen.
