Can’t speak to Brazil or Argentina, but the system in Canada is highly efficient, consistent across all jurisdictions and very transparent. It works and it works with integrity.

In Russia they're so efficient that they know the election result before the election takes place, which is yet another example of their cultural superiority.

Indeed, votes are counted well in advance of the list of candidates being confirmed and the election date, itself, even announced.

Speaking of elections in Russia…this report came out this morning:
President Putin faces no serious challenge as he seeks a fifth term in office. His most vocal critics have either fled into exile or been jailed at home. Mr Navalny, his fiercest opponent, is dead.
But the Kremlin likes to boast that Russia has the "best democracy" in the world. So, along with Mr Putin on the ballot are three officially authorised challengers from Russia's Kremlin-friendly parliament.

I don’t know about you, but to me at least, that seems a bit messy, if not downright messy. Not to mention damned dodgy as well.
