I mean, if the Muslim population wants to pick between an Israel-supporting Biden or an Israel-supporting-moved-Embassy-to-Jerusalem-and-Created-Muslim-Country-Ban Trump... I don't think this will change Michigan being a blue state in November again.

Trump's policy in the ME produced results. The Resident's warmed over Obama policy has been a continual disaster.
Trump made a policy if working with and strengthening Muslim nations that already had decent relations with the U.S. He was supportive of Israel and wanted to isolate Iran, trying hard to economically hamstring them enough to keep them from becoming a nuclear power.l
While Trump is not a hero on the West Bank, he does believe in peace and economic prosperity for the region. Maybe that will be enough.

Some fair points in there, and if Trump were smart and follow his normal process, he'll make statements in Michigan that hint at being a peacemaker and deal maker....

Oh, I'd harp on that, but I'd also remind that large Muslim community that you came here legally, and I would love to do more for you, except for our porous border and the illegal aliens...

He should also campaign on the fact that the Biden Education Department is forcing policies on schools to allow activist teachers to queer their children. Muslims are very upset about that.
Of course, Trump’s own education department was nearly as bad. They didn’t actively promote policies, but they sat back and let the educational system rot, so… Yeah.
