There should be a countdown price at the beginning of each row under the heating lamp.
And, the longer it sits under the heating lamp the lower the price.
Select your price based on the countdown clock.

I don't know if it's true, but I was told, back in the day, that those little markers with numbers on them you see at McDonalds indicate at what time the food is considered "stale" and should be thrown out.
So, if there's a row of burgers with a "15" in front of them, it means that that row is to be discarded at 15 minutes past the hour.

Beat me by a few minutes. This is going to be a COLOSSAL failure. They don’t understand the Uber model or their own model, for that matter….

Not too far from me...
If you're willing to drive ¼ of a mile east, there's a Culver's. About half a mile east of that is a McDonald.
And (not in the map) right next door to Burger King, is Domino's.
So, Wendy's prices go up...whatcha gonna do?

Well, now... they say they weren't going to raise prices during busy times but lower them during slow ones.
Let's see a show of hands for everyone who believes that.

That seems much more likely to me.

Still a dumb idea. As a consumer, lowering the prices at slow times is effectively the same as raising them at busy times.
-
Surge pricing works for Uber because their drivers are even more of a consumer of their product than the customers. They need drivers to turn on the app…
-
Like lowering the prices during “happy hour” is effectively the same as raising them during all other unhappy hours?

Nope. Try again.

How will consumers know of the lower price?
You think they won't notice? There are nutters out there measuring the gram weight of Betty Crocker mix to prove the conspiracy that you get marginally less per box now, and they were right about it.

No, I mean... if I were driving down the road, what is going to tell me that Wendy's price is now $1.50 instead of $1.75?

Dynamic signage. It was in both articles.

See? Much easier for you just to tell me than to read it on my own. Plz also text me when the cheeseburger is 99 cents.
