Usually for me it's about five cups of green tea and whatever's in the fridge from yesterday. Unceremonious! Except for the tea of course, if Mik is to be believed.

Bear Creek "Darn Good Chili" with added ground beef/italian sausage in the mix, with extra diced tomatoes and a lot of added spices. I made a yuge batch about a month ago that I'm defrosting a serving at a time.

So far, what you two (Aqua and Mik) have written sounds very good. Salads over here too. I used to be a huge green tea fan, and really stocked up, but doesn't work with some prescriptions.
No Peanut Butter for lunch? I sometimes have peanut butter, and I'm a peanut butter snob, and it has to be Adams Unsalted. Takes more work, stirring.

Normally a sandwich and some sort of chips.
To get the details, slightly toasted rye bread, seeded of course. Turkey, cheese, lettuce, pickle, miracle whip, mustard.
Pretzel sticks, or maybe with hummus if I’m feeling crazy.

Yesterday was pay-day, so today's lunch is left-over Bertucci's pizza with prosciutto, and the salad the kids wouldn't eat.
Not that we're living pay-check to pay-check or anything.
