AI's impact will be similar (although not as substantial) as the Internet. Yes overall there are many existing and new things that will be enabled by high speed internet connectivity. To state the obvious, we now have instant communications, GPS/directions, tracking, shopping, collaboration. But we also know the social fabric degradation, impact to youth depression and cognition, and other evils that the internet has enabled.
Similarly, AI as it evolves and becomes more reliable and more effective, will bring with it so many great things for the world, such as repeatable help, health care insights, etc. But it also brings in fake videos, people, images, and a question of who is culpable if someone relies on AI for a service or solution that proves fatal. Heck, I wonder how it'll impact the stock market if you get AI financial services that instantaneously can make the best financial moves in a jiffy.

Interesting. It will help to clear things up if we get a source for the audio. If we don't, then I'm leaning towards fake. I'm already leaning towards fake, since I assume that sort of speech is all but extinct from workplaces.
