How about Christine?
Remember he LOVES cars.
Creepy. Hopefully that's not a deterrent.

Mik, why no Fast and Furious? He loves cars in general and muscle cars in particular.
In fairness, I do not have a great track record for movie suggestions.

The Fast & Furious franchise is diverse and inclusive, what's not to like?

Oh, watch the RWBY series.
The animation style takes some getting used to, but the action design is in a league of its own.The Jason Bourne series is OK too.
For action comedy, there is always Jackie Chan.
Stephen Chow’s “Shaolin Soccer” and “Kung Fu Hustle” are great action comedies, but you’d need some background in Chinese kungfu mythology to fully appreciate the nuance else a lot of it would just look like slapsticks. -

Mystery Science Theater 3000 - Surely you have seen these before. Luke and I have bonded over watching 2-3 movies over a weekend many times. To this day, he can make me laugh my ass off by quoting "Son, maybe it's the dramatic brain trauma talking, but I submarine lightbulb."

LOL. I absolutely adored MST2000. Did y'all watch that one, or is that going back too far? Never saw 3000.
