Former Fox host Tucker Carlson is launching his own streaming network with interviews and commentary
NEW YORK (AP) — Ousted Fox News host Tucker Carlson is starting his own streaming service, promising to “tell the unadorned truth” to fans for $72 a year, he announced Monday.
Commentary, interviews, Carlson-flavored news reports and documentaries, even an advice show will be offered on the Tucker Carlson Network, which is essentially staffed by the people who used to work for him at Fox.
Carlson hosted what The New York Times said may be the most racist show in cable TV history, but by some measures the most successful.

Bro why'd you put THAT in bold? The follow up "but" to that might be the most hilarious thing to come out of journalism in the past 20 years.
"I hate this fucking bastard but this qualifier makes me a journalist. ...Actually no, I can make that 'some.' Alright. Better."

20¢ a day to listen to Tucker.
Thanks, but I'll pass.
Adjusted for inflation, it's like the modern-day histrionic asshat equivalent of a penny university. BYOC.

I'd pay that much not to listen to him.

Send it my way, and I'll let him know.

Two theories here:
-
He still hasn’t learned the value of the platform. He did much better on fox than twitter, because it came with larger numbers of his audience demographic. And he’ll do better on twitter than in an independent channel, because twitter has a gazillion users.
-
He has learned his lesson, he realizes there are ~1MM fans that will go wherever they need to in order to watch him, and this way he can charge them $72 a year each.

Before I read this reply I thought "I bet Phibes would pay that NOT to hear him".
