There used to be a time when I thought that TC was at least a somewhat decent journalist.

Why does he have to make me feel embarrassed about myself thinking that back then?

He used to have writers and editors, who were apparently important constraining influences. He can still say some decent stuff, but the ET tangent the conservatives have taken is ridiculous. It does shore up the idea that "the right" in our current context has to do with heterodoxy, more than some alignment with traditional conservative values. It's been interesting watching that happen. The left used to be the heterodox tribe. It's completely flipped.

      Education is extremely important.

I mean, I'm happy to entertain the idea of UFOs and extraterrestrial life - I believe it's more likely than not that there is life elsewhere - but this video is just BS, from what I can see.

In the pie chart of possibilities regarding extra terrestrial life visiting earth, the wedge where they visited, the government found them, kept the evidence, and successfully covered it up for decades, occupies a piece so small that Cynthia Nixon could eat it without breaking her hunger strike in support of Hamas murdering babies.

Two things he said are true.

                1. There are UFO sightings by credible people we cannot explain.
                2. There are politicians who are controlled by federal agencies, through blackmail and other means.

You have plenty to be embarrassed about without Tucker's help. Take heart, friend.

I recently read a story about an ethereal intelligent being that lived on the sun.

It made it's way here but couldn't be seen.

There is probably some very strange life out there and it may or may not have visited here.

I'll believe anything, I'm pretty gullible.

It is fun believing the stuff that Tucker presents.

I am absolutely convinced that there is "alien life" out in the universe, but there is no credible evidence that the government is hiding it from us. Why would the aliens agree to cover up their own existence just because the government tells them to do so? If they have visited us, I have yet to see any credible evidence to support it. Although it's anecdotal, I have spent untold number of all-nighters imaging and observing the universe. I have seen nothing to suggest that "they are here". Why are they so elusive? Why don't they make themselves known to us? They could possibly solve most, if not all of our problems here. Do away with all of this mystical bullshit that keeps us hating each other. Show us the path to other worlds to relieve this planet of the stresses put on it and even our own existence, by an ever increasing human population, that continues to exacerbate the hate, division and the destruction of the only planet that we currently and actually know for certain, will sustain us.

Maybe they are waiting for us to go extinct so they can move in. lol

Just one galaxy M31 (actually there are several galaxies in that image) that I had the lead role in imaging. M31 contains hundreds of billions of stars. It's bigger and more populous than the Milky Way Galaxy. To believe that no other evolving and life sustaining planet exists, even in our own galaxy, is just ignorant.

I don't need to hear one word on the subject from a hate-filled, division generating marketeer. And human "testimony" means absolutely nothing to me. What exactly makes a human "credible"? Humans lie. Even when "under oath".

That'd be fun, to be a pagan god. I got pretty decent at the pagan part.

I remember listening to The Teaching Company Great Courses set about the Roman Empire. The idea of a monotheistic religion was totally foreign to them.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
