Thanksgiving Spread (2023)

This year's spread:

No turkey this year, not even duck, but has chicken.
Some appetizers and salad are missing.
Also didn't get around to taking pictures of desert, fruits, drinks, etc.

We did a brisket, ham, mac & cheese and a yellow cake with peanut butter fudge icing. MIL brought chicken & dressing, sweet potato casserole, sour cream coconut cake and multiple pies. SIL and her husband did a smoked turkey and a fried turkey. Nephew's wife brought the dirty rice. BIL's wife, my son's wife and my niece did the broccoli casserole, the artichoke casserole, green bean casserole and boiled the corn. There were a few other things, but I lost count...

I really enjoy seeing your holiday food tables Ax. And hearing of others’ meals. I can’t imagine having a crowd of people or so much food. It looks so good.

We're doing TG tomorrow. D4's in-laws wanted to do it on Thursday, and we really don't care.

Ax, looks great! Thanks for sharing. I didn't take a pic of our spread, but we had a good and filling time. Kids had fun, too. Our daughter wrote the names (and drew turkeys) for seating place cards.
