That was interesting article. I have to agree that elephants are HUGE!! You just don't realize how big they are until you are sitting on their back.

Actually, I've ridden a donkey (not a Democrat, afaik).

Me too. Fun, but a bit scary also. Here is a sign that I saw outside a Thai national park warning people about what to do if you come across a wild elephant
