It’s worth looking at how the Arab world is seeing this.
Remember the government of Qatar owns that and they’re the brokers.

Very interesting to see this with modern 3D mapping... the Israel-controlled area will double or more in a second once they move through the rural areas.

@copper, not to "derail" this thread but official US policy is that Taiwan is not independent and the US has never supported independence officially. Kind of a "wink wink" policy.
I do not think any high person in any US presidential administration has ever said that they support Taiwan independence.
