True, but with talk about support for Ukraine wavering, Russia might welcome something else to take their eye off the ball or expand the war globally.

That might be a lexical slide due to the pandemic. People started to use "meet" in quotes to describe video calls, and I've been noticing more and more people saying fuck it to the quotes and just saying meet.
