Most important thing you'll read today.

    https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/toilet-paper-mega-brand-introduces-cutting-edge-design-find-out-what

Charmin has announced a new design in its toilet paper for the first time in 100 years — and it’s not what you think.

The mega-brand announced on Monday, Oct. 2, that the Ultra Soft rolls of toilet paper will have a new perforation line.

The easy-tear paper will have scalloped edges in an effort to give consumers a simpler and smoother tear, according to Charmin.

Everyone who's had a problem tearing toilet paper, raise your finger hand....

    Thought so.

It’s the tearing off of a single sheet that gets me.

I guess also it’s a bear. Using TP. Wearing jewelry.

Charmin is too soft. Kirkland ftw.

I have to wonder how much R & D went into this product. How much it cost.

Will people buy more Charmin because of this?

Like our late friend Larry, my preference is for John Wayne toilet paper. It’s rough and tough and takes no shit from an Injun.

Yeah, I’m going to hell anyways…so…fuck it.

              Elbows up!

I’m curious what they thought I thought… Because I can promise you, I had no preconceived notion as to what improvements needed to be made to toilet paper..

Yeah, they never show somebody rolling it around their hand a half dozen times…

So I’m at my parents in law’s house. They have the new toilet paper. I was helping my daughter go to the bathroom.

Not going to lie, the new curvy tear lines are substantially easier to use. My wife and MIL both said they were amazed. So…maybe I was wrong about the value of this innovation LOL!

@89th you should write a letter to Consumer Reports.

Or even better, make a YouTube video!

ETA: Found it on Amazon. It's marginally more expensive than others.

We’ve been using Kirkland Paper Towels and TP for years. Recently noticed that the paper towels are not nearly the quality that they used to be and are switching to Bounty. Now I’m worried their TP is going in the same direction.
