He could’ve had a jury for this fraud trial, but his lawyers didn’t check the box asking for one.

Oh, you mean the fraud trial where all the loans were paid back and independent assessors were used to establish the worth of the properties?

You’d think a jury of his peers would see it that way, too. 😂

Look, if you want to have government go down this road, so be it. For every New York official that would like to get Trump, I'm sure there's folks in Texas or Alabama that would gladly haul on the rope bound to Chuckie's neck.

Is that the nation you want?

I want a nation of laws. And a nation where the FAFO law applies to Presidents who don’t accept election losses and peaceful transfers of power.

Did I miss a coup or something?

Do laws apply to some people and not others? Is Justice inherently selective, depending on who is in power?

Kennedy, Kennedy, King, Wallace, Reagan. I was around for all of those. All done by people who figured bullets were more effective than ballots.

Laws apply to all. But the idea of the justice system being weaponized is not credible if it comes from people who do not recognize the very basic concept that a sitting President who refuses to accept his election loss is about as dangerous and anti-American of a move a President can make. Believe me, I'll take your advice on life and living before nearly everyone. You're as good as it gets. But comments about trials being unfair I can't even begin to believe if you don't see the danger of Trump's actions after he lost. Again, imagine if Obama lost in 2012 and behaved the same way. You'd be calling for capital punishment for treason.

No they don't You admitted it yourself, just as soon as you typed "But" which negated the entire sentence.

                    Grammatically untrue.

“Laws apply to all. But I’m catching a flight right now and don’t have time to elaborate.”

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Related to President Trump's New York trial

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday decided to send a Truth Social post during his New York fraud civil trial attacking Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s principal law clerk as Sen. Chuck Schumer’s (D) “girlfriend,” sharing an image of Allison Greenfield and Schumer smiling in a photograph and linking to her Instagram profile.

“Schumer’s girlfriend, Alison [sic] R. Greenfield, is running this case against me. How disgraceful! This case should be dismissed immediately,” the post said.

So, middle of his trial and he is making smart aleck remarks about the judge's clerk????? 🙄

And this is the guy that some people think should be President? aye yi yi

Both of the top President candidates are mentally incompetent to be president At least one of them has handlers to keep him inside the lane. The other one doesn't. That is scarier!!
