"Now look here, you Baltic gas passer... " - Mik, 6/14/08

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

      Hilarious.

Those things have got to be pretty expensive pets. There were a couple on my walk back from elementary school when I was a kid - pretty much every single kid would stop to look and talk to them. They definitely have character.

      I was only joking

That's great. My brother in law in Wisconsin bought a house in the country about 10 years ago and he quickly cleared the land around the house, fenced it in, and bought 4 donkeys. No reason, other than they had the space and wanted some farm animals (they since have chickens, pig, sheep, etc). Anyway, the donkeys were cool... low maintenance (hay, grass, water) other than any medicines. They were also much more powerful than you'd expect up close, when you saw them from afar.

Taking a page out of @Jolly 's book, a few years ago a wolf broke in to the pasture and I had to spend about 2 hours with a shotgun watching over the land until they were able to get a trailer ready to haul them to another farm until they could fix the fence.
