Via El Nino. Cooler, wetter winter for the south.

Dry as hell here too. I bout another 100' of hose yesterday so I can water my landscaping, which I almost never do. Only choose drought tolerant plants.

Fine by me. Got a good roof and plenty of firewood. 🤠

Man, it's dry here. If you have to dig a hole, you better bring along a ⛏️ or a grub hoe, because that's what you'll be using once you're about three inches down.

Feel sorry for a lot of people, including me. The azaleas and camelias have taken a horrible hit this late summer. Lots of dead azaleas in people's brown yards.

I’m out watering now. I fear it will be a lackluster autumn.

I’m doing my part and keeping the drains clear so our storm water can make it to the Mississippi and head your way. We’ve had almost nonstop rain for the last 3 days. We had a very dry summer and it’s almost like the rain statisticians wanted to fix the rain total before snow comes.
