I suppose you can tell a lot about a person by who they're more viscerally revolted by, Trump or AOC.

      Education is extremely important.

Not really. Trump is a national representative.

George has a better idea of what happened, I think, so he can correct me if I'm wrong. Yoho was coming down the Capitol steps as AOC was going up. I think they had some kind of brief exchange, and as Yoho was walking away he was heard to say, 'fucking bitch'.

Maybe he simply saw a puppy dog, and AOC assumed it was directed at her, since it happens dozens of times daily.

I haven't followed this at all. Is there someone named Yoho, really?
Is his last name Ho? Get it??
              Yoho Ho
And if he was drinking rum, guess what then!!

You guys don't have any sense of humor at all, but I guarantee you my 'ol bud Ax is rolling on the floor right about now. Seriously. On the floor and rolling. Guaranteed.

From this morning's CNN headlines: C-SPAN tweeted AOC's remarks on the House floor, and "it became the most retweeted post ever sent by the network. Within the tweet's first 24 hours, it has been retweeted more than 95,000 times and has more than 220,000 likes.

"It's no exaggeration to say that, aside from Barack Obama . . . there is no current member of the Democratic Party with more ability to influence the national conversation than AOC. Not even Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee."

Whether the guy was on the house floor or in the hallway seems to be the least relevant detail here.

I got to read her floor speech. It wasn't bad actually, especially for her. But it had no place on the floor of the United States Congress.

I watched her speech. First, she talked about how tough she was, how she worked at a working lass job, rode the subway, etc. I especially liked the part where she declared proudly that she walked the streets of New York. I agree, a New York City streetwalker has to be tough.

Then, she finished it out in an absolute whine fest, cloaked in indignation and righteous anger.

A Christian nonprofit organization that fights world hunger asked Rep. Ted Yoho (R-Fla.) to resign from its board after he confronted a female colleague and then reportedly used a sexist expletive after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) was out of earshot.

Bread for the World announced Yoho’s resignation in a statement on Saturday, saying that his “recent actions and words as reported in the media are not reflective of the ethical standards expected of members of our Board of Directors.”

“Bread for the World is deeply concerned about Rep. Ted Yoho’s verbal attack on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and what we and others perceive to be his non-apology.

“Bread for the World is concerned that his behavior in the past few days does not reflect the values of respect and compassion that Jesus calls on us to exhibit every day and we expect from our board members. Before we determine any further action, we have reached out to his office and have sought an opportunity to speak with him about the incident.”

Ax, you have to be the most gullible fool on earth. All of that is fake news. AOC is lying. She made it all up. The man never said a thing about her. But fools like you will jump on shit like this like a pig on slop and never once bother to see if it's true.

                                        Larry, Larry, Larry. . .
Ax is like a gentle breeze on a midsummer night's eve. His gentleness, thoughtfulness, and introspection permeate to his core.
A splash of cool water on a hot day.
The warmth of a soothing fire as the evening chills.
                                        That's our Ax.

He gives us brief glimpses of truth and wisdom, but then when we seek it directly through questions, he withholds. Perhaps he is not so much a refreshing oasis, but a mirage, drawing us to knowledge but leaving us bewildered and frustrated.

                                          Education is extremely important.
