Thanks everyone. This one is a bit of a landmark. Without going into gruesome details, I'll just say that I'm five years older than Jon.
As somebody said, getting old may suck, but it beats the alternative.

I think I mentioned that at one of our "geezer breakfasts," one of the docs, an ENT who's 10 years older than I, said, "Getting old is a privilege.
He's not wrong.
For some reason I loved being that age.
Yeah 60 was good.
